One of the best ways to do this is to produce CAD designs, which can be rendered in 3D or better still made into a a full scale working model.  Using the latest technology ISC Australia is able to provide prototypes within days.  These models can prove workings, size and scale.  Scale is often the most surprising thing to come from a prototype.  Changing a CAD design is a lot quicker and far cheaper than a fully manufactured tool.

We can bring a broad variety of experiences with high and low volume processes.  Design for rapid assembly is also considered from the earliest stage in the design process.  Our past work with very high volume products has presented us with insights into cost reduction techniques that are of value to most scenarios.
