We are currently manufacturing, High tolerance high quality plastic injection moulded components for a wide range of areas,Machined components, and Specific Retro-Fit or Refurbisment programs for Department of Defence, Medical industry, & Aviation/Airfield lighting for Commercial & Royal Australian Air Force base’s.

CAPABILITIES: 

Moulding:

  • Injection Moulding of engineering resins like: UHMWPE, PPS, TPU, & TPR
  • ISCA are currently trialing Metal Injection Moulding In House
  • With our design team we fully intergrate die designs in-house using Pro-E & Autocad, from rendered part through too mould layout.I.E hot runners, gate design, in die heating/cooling.
  • Clamping from 65 to 180 ton rating

Ultrasonic welding

  • Ultra sonic welding capabilities all in a clean room enviroment

Micro Printing

  • Pad Printing (Micro Printing) capabilities

Laser Drilling

  • For microscopic orifices holes, down to 100um.
  • This process can be automate if required

Machining:

  • All types & sizes of moulding dies
  • A range of fixtures and jigs
  • Short run production machining (S.S/Brass/Composite).
  • All can be supplied with end product rendering

All these high quality components using up-to-date CNC machining, 5 axis Maching centre Technology, & Injection moulding machines, which we continuously strive to upgrade.

Manufacturing:

  • Two out of five of our injection moulding machines are housed in a clean room enviroment to provide the best process control and quality for high end products.
  • In house tooling and machining allow the best possible turn around on moulds and components.
  • In house rubber moulding in specialty rubbers also provides the best possible turn around for customers.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT:

ISCA is a company who can provide you with a complete package of sealing, moulding, & mechanical knowlegde across a vast range of industries, from On-site to in the Office, Our design team can help you troubleshoot, problem solve or help you develop your product from conception to a market ready item.
