Our range of Military Quality O-Rings & Seals meet the full requirements & specifications of the Department of Defence (Navy).We manufacture & supply seals mainly for the Royal Australian Navy having experience in both Submarines & Surface Ships. ISCA also supply the RAAF & Major Commercial Jet Aircraft repairers in Australia & New Zealand.

We provide “In Service” Support & Technical Support for the RAN & all major repairers. Our facility has a complete Laboratory & Clean Room, along with ISO9001:2000. Our stocks of O-Rings & Seals are kept in a temperature-controlled environment that meets the Standards for Storage of Rubber Goods. (ISO2230:2002 & SAE ARP 5316B)

ISCA manufacture O-Rings, Special Metals, Rubber Seals, PTFE(Teflon) seals, Plastic components, & Provide fast delivery service in most cases. Our facility has all the necessary equipment to produce rubber products to specification. We provide drawings, moulds, NATO documents, & everything necessary for traceability.

Some of the rubbers we hold & use are: 

Nitrile:	To ASTM D2000, In 70, 75, 80, & 90 Shore A.
Nitrile:	To BS2751 BA70, BA80, & BA90
Fluorocarbon:	In 75, 80, 85, & 90 Shore A
Neoprene & EPDM:	In 70 & 75 Shore A
